So simple, so healthy and unbelifeable delicious with that soft texture and rich chocolate peaces inside and around.

What you need:
- one can white beans
- 4 Tbls coconut flour
- ½ cup buckwheat flour
- vanilla
- pinch if salt
- about ¾ cup coconutsugarsyrup
- 100 ml almond milk
- half an apple
- half package of vanillapuddingpowder (vanilla flavoured corn starch)
Mix everything until really smooth and fluffy, geht some chocolate chips inside (I used 85 % Chocolate from Gepa) and bale at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Pour more melted chocolate on top – fits perfekt with the vanillacake.
