Chocolate caramel pralines

IMG_9196These super yummy pralines are also super easy to make of course.

Get yourself a form for pretty little pralines and freeze it in the fridge for about two ours to make it really cold.

In this time you make the chocolate ganache. For this, heat 100 to 200 grams of coconut oil maybe in the microwave or just place it in the sun when it’s summer outside.

Be careful that the coconut oil is not too hot bevor you stir in one or two teaspoons maple syrup, it depends on how sweet you like your chocolate. Also mix 1,5 table spoons of raw cacao powder and mix well, until it’s a creamy but not to thick consistence.

Get the pralines-form out of the freezer an poor about one tea spoon of the chocolate in each little cup. Move the form that there is chocolate everywhere in the form. You also should have left about half of the chocolate ganache for the „bottom“ of the pralines. Put back in freezer and prepare the caramel filling.

Take 200 grams of tahini and mix with 150 grams maple syrup. Also add a pinch of sea salt and mix really well. Try it out if you want it more or less sweet.

Fill the chocolate cups with the caramel an Cover all the caramel with the left over chocolate sauce.

Freeze one more time and enjoy whenever you deserve a little treat, actually you should make a lot of them.
