All vegan eating people know one question really well when it comes to the vegan topic: „What are you actually eating?“
Well of course there are meals or sides like chips and fries, everybody knows they are vegan. But it is important to understand, that vegan dishes are not about only letting all the meat and diary off your plate and only be left with some veggies or the boring side salad. It is about creating completely new dishes with new ingredients and maybe volumnes. Vegan meals are different and there are millions of opportunities and I guess, most vegan or plant-based people eat a more variety of foods than most omnivores.
So here are some of my favorite meals to eat for lunch or dinner, have fun and bon appetit.
