healthy Apple Caramel Sauce

This delicious, refreshing sauce is just good for almost all your dishes. As a ingredient, a topping or a side in or on your baked goods like waffles, cakes etc. or in your salty dishes like curries, salads or any dips. Only 3-4 ingredients and one blender will make it happen.

The ingredients:

  • 4 medium Apples (I used sour ones)
  • 1 cup soft Dates (soak them in hot water for about 10 min)
  • 2 Tbls roasted sugar-free almond butter
  • some plant based milk until you have the correct creaminess for your taste

Now just mix all the ingredients until it becomes a creamy consistency and enjoy on your oats, your waffles, in your crepe, together with ice-cream or as a topping for any cake. (For example the sweet potato apple caramell pie).
