Fatless low carb Cheesecake

Everybody loves Cheesecake. Especially I do and especially the vegan ones and extremely the healthy ones that are good for my body and soul. Check-pot.

What you need for the Crust:

  • 3 Cups Oatflour
  • 50 g vegan butter
  • ½ Cup Soy Milk
  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup

What you need for the filling:

  • 300 g Soy jogurt
  • 400 g natural Tofu
  • half a organic lemon with chest
  • half a banana
  • 1 Apple
  • vanilla flave drops
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 dates
  • 25 g corn starch
  • 2 tbsp baking powder

Mix Oats to make the oatflour, mix it with all the other crust ingredients and knead it with your hands until you get a homogen ball of dough. Press the dough in your baking sheet. Blend all the ingredients for the filling in a high speed blender until it gets really creamy. Maybe sweeten some more if you like it better. Pour the filling into the baking sheet and bake the whole cake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 40 min. Let cool down or enjoy warm.
