We love a good portion of protein and delicious carbs with a light sweetness some spiciness and as well creamy comfort food. All in one, with both, great taste and nutrition in one bowl.

You need for 4 servings:
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp sesame oil or oil of choice
- 200 g uncooked lentils
- 400 g hot water
- lots of spices and herbs
- 200 g coconut cream
- 1 pumpkin hokkaido
- Koriander to top
Cut the onion and roast them in some oil. Give the lentils and the water to it and bring to a boil. Also get all the spices and herbs into the lentils. They need to cook for at least 20 min. Besides cut the pumpkin and pour it on a with baking paper lined baking sheet and bake for 15 min at 200 °C in the oven. Get the lentils and the Pumpkin on a plate drizzle the coconut cream over it and top with fresh coriander or if you don’t like coriander with parsley. Enjoy.
