Yummy, creamy, hearty Tomatopasta

This dish is so good when you just need a really comfort and satisfying dish, but don’t want to skip your diet or spend to much time cooking. It is easy, full of flavour, pretty fast to make and contains in my opinion stuff you have at home and don’t cost to much money. So maybe you will make this dish like 4 times a weeknight just like I do it. I promise, you and your whole family will like it.

What you need for one serving: (just multiple for more)

  • 1 Zucchini, spiralized
  • 3 Tbsp Tahini
  • little bit chilli
  • a pinch of Rosemary
  • basil
  • 7 dried tomatoes
  • 300-400 ml tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • pinenuts

Just mix the raw spiralled zucchini with the tahini, the chilli, the basil and the nutritional yeast. Cut the dried tomatoes in three each. Heat up the Tomato sauce, mix it with rosemary and pour in and heat up the peas. Then add the Tahini-mixed zucchinis and just wait until everything came to a boil once. Pour over some pine nuts and enjoy.
