To be honest, I have no Idea why this bread turned out green. But maybe there is a Chemist out there who can explain :D. This banana bread was created, when I was really craving something cozy and had nothing at home as some basics every vegan has always at home haha and some fancy stuff what is not necessary for taste and texture. So don’t let us make this text longer than it will take you to make this healthy snack or meal. So hear are the ingredients: you will see it is also perfect as a breakfast, makes you full but not feeling like you’ve eaten a stone.
- 1 Cup porridge mixed into flour
- 40 g Coconut flour
- 40 g Vivo life perform Madagascars Vanilla flavor
- 3 flax eggs (3 tbsp flax seeds and 7 tbsp Water soaked for at least 10 min)
- 2,5 ripe bananas
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 Cup Water
Fancy stuff, nice to have but not necessary:
- 1 tsp baobab
- 1 tsp lucuma
- 1 tsp reishi
First mix the Porridge to make it a flour, than add all the other ingredients in your blender and blend really well until it’s a homogen mass. The texture should be thick like pizza dough.
Bake everything in a preheat oven at 180 degrees for about 20 min.
