When you are looking for a super simple side or a small dinner this is really delicious and ready in less than 30 min.
All you have to do is choose your favourite vegetables (I decided for carrots and brussel spouts this time) cut them in small peaces like I did with the carrots. The brusselsprouts are already small enough but you have to remove the sting.
Preheat your oven on 190 degrees.
Marinade all the vegetables with some olive oil and season it with just a little peper and if you use it salt.
Put the vegetables in a heatresistance bowl and put into the oven for about 20 min.
In the meantime you prepare the sauce/dip.
For this you will need about three tablespoons tahin and mix it with some freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well and pour over your roasted vegetables.
