So here is a very simple dinner idea if you are really lazy and possibly even doesn’t have an oven or any stuff in the kitchen.
Just spiralice one medium or big zucchini and add some purried tomatoes with no added suger in it. Use some mediterranien spices like basil, thyme and rosemary and also some chilli if you like it spicy for seasoning.
On top I used instead of cheese some kalechips from #veganz. They are really good spiced and the crunch was wonderfull in the tomatosauce.
You also can add som roasted nuts or fresh basil leaves as a topping on your pasta.
