Just eat it for breakfast, snack or on the side with coffee or tea. Of course it is also a perfect dessert after every meal..
Recipe:
Crust:
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 1 cup soft medjool dates
- 1/2 cup pecan nuts
Vanilla-Cheesecakelayer:
- 1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked)
- 1/2 cup soft medjool dates
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbs vanilla flavour
- 1/2 cup soaked chiaseeds
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
Raspberry-Cheesecakelayer:
- 1/2 cup of vanilla-cheesecakelayer
- 3/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
Blend each ingredients and put in this order in a springform.
Freeze for at least three hours and enjoy!
